About us
Formed in September 1981 by Ian Locock, Paul Morgan and Brian Duignan, the club was originally conceived as a racing team. However, it quickly became apparent that there was a need for an all-round cycling club in the area and the format we have today was born.

CC Weymouth has grown to become an active friendly club for road cyclists in Weymouth, Dorchester and the surrounding area. We run time trials, road races and club training runs. The club also hosts an email discussion list for members and supporters to arrange rides, and discuss cycling matters.
